HomeSteps has established Six Regional Area Managers (RAMs) to provide closer contact between our supplier network and our corporate office in our markets across the nation.

RAMs are available to help answer many of your questions as related to our business processes. Some common questions that our RAMs frequently address are:

• What type of signage can I use for HomeSteps homes?
• Whose name do I place in the MLS as the owner?
• What level of property maintenance does HomeSteps require?
• Who is my closing agent?

	Bob Clark AK, CA, HI, KY, OH, MI, NV, OR, UT Bob has been involved with the mortgage industry for more than 25 years. While at Freddie Mac/HomeSteps, Bob has worked in sales,outsourcing, business development, regulatory reporting and project management. 	Elizabeth Seibert AR, AZ, CO, IA, KS, LA, MN, MO, MT, ND, NM, NE, OK, SD, WA, WY, Southern Texas With over 20 years of real estate experience, Elizabeth holds her real estate broker license in the state of Texas. 	Rhonda Montgomery: Dallas, Fort Worth, North TX Rhonda has more than 15 years experience in the Real Estate and REO industry.
